At La Casa we only use the finest ingredients, which are imported from Italy & Sicily, including our extensive wine list.
Our fresh ingredients are sourced locally, delivered & prepared in our kitchen daily, including, fresh poultry, fish, breads, pasta's, sauces & dressings.
Our experienced chefs prepare their own tomato sauce, using the best tomatoes money can buy, (San Marzano) a tomato in the province of Salerno and region of Campania in Southern Italy.
Many of the dishes at La Casa feature the chef's unique signature, including, Scallops, Chicken wrapped in Parma ham & Halibut.
La Casa Italian is an authentic Italian restaurant, with over 20 years of experience.
